Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
I am a contracted provider for Blue Cross Insurance Plans. For other plans, be sure to check with them to see what your out of network benefits include. Many PPO plans will reimburse you for a portion of the cost of therapy. Keep in mind that payment is expected at the time of service.
Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment. There is a $25 return check fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Blue Cross does not cover missed sessions. You will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
